Mar. 19th, 2008 12:42 pmMinako rearranged her bow for the fifth time in ten minutes. She knew she was driving her mother crazy with her fidgeting, but this was a date! She had to look her best!
Artemis was sending one of his well-used disapproving looks her way. There had been a long talk about going out on dates with people she hadn't met before (with a person on the internet, no less!), how she could be in danger, how irresponsible she could be sometimes, and plenty of other things she couldn't remember right now. Convincing him that she would be perfectly fine took most of the night, and only then with certain conditions to it. He meant well, he really did, but he could be such a bother sometimes.
Relax, he said he'd meet you at the door. He'll be here. She took a deep breath. It would be fine.
Maybe she should fix her bow again.
